Stop rebuilding the same vertical layout 30 times an edit.
VertForge crops at an exact ½ or ⅓, so you can build 2 and 3-clip stacked layouts, and save your framing so you can reapply it to any clips! No guides, no math, no fuss.
Free 60-day beta · no card · license arrives instantly.
VertForge will be paid at launch — beta users lock in founder pricing.
Three things you'll stop doing by hand.
Cropping clips at the midpoint or into thirds. Rebuilding stacked layouts you've already built. Swapping framing between clips.
Exact Crop
One click crops a clip to a true 50% split or a real three-way third, computed from your sequence. The seam lands on the center line every time. No guides, no math.
Apply looks
Six look buttons cover single, double, and triple-clip stacks. Save a framing setup — position, scale, crop — once, then apply it to any clip in the edit instantly.
Swap
Flip framing between clips in one click; while keeping your framing consistent from one layout to the next
The easy part is the rough cut.
The last 20%, craftsmanship.
AutoPod, Opus, and Auto Reframe get you nearly there. VertForge speeds up the last mile. The precise framing work that’s still done by hand.

On Windows?
VertForge is macOS-only right now. Leave your email and you'll be the first to know when the Windows build ships.
Fair questions.
What happens after the 60-day beta?
VertForge is free during the beta. It will be paid at launch — and beta users lock in founder pricing and get first access to new builds. Trying it now is the best deal it will ever be.
Does it work with multicam sequences?
Yes — this is VertForge's signature trick. Its local engine writes multicam angle changes that the standard Premiere extension layer can't reliably reach, so your vertical stack and your angle switching stay in sync.
Does it change my footage?
No. VertForge writes ordinary Premiere properties — crop, position, scale — that you can adjust or undo like anything else in your timeline. Nothing is baked in, and nothing touches your media files.
How is this different from Auto Reframe?
Auto Reframe guesses where the subject is and often needs hand-keyframing afterward. VertForge doesn't guess — it computes exact crops from your real sequence and clip dimensions, and you keep full creative control of the framing.
Is there a Windows version?
Not yet — macOS 13+ and Premiere Pro 26.2+ today. Join the Windows waitlist and you'll get an email the day it ships.
Who makes this?
I'm Sam — I edit vertical video, and after rebuilding the same two-speaker stack for the hundredth time I built the tool I wanted. VertForge is actively developed; the latest build added ⅓ crops and the six-button look system. Questions or feedback go straight to me.
