This Privacy Policy describes how Video Quick Fix LLC ("Video Quick Fix," "VQF," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company based in New Jersey, USA, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and software. It applies to:

- videoquickfix.io — the VertForge product website
- VertForge — our plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro, including the VQF Engine
- Related services such as beta programs, waitlists, email communications, and customer support
1. Definitions
"Personal Data" means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you, such as your name or email address. "Usage Data" means information collected automatically when you use our websites or software, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. "Services" means our websites, plugins, and related offerings listed above.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Name, email address, and phone number when you contact us, sign up for a trial or beta license, or join a waitlist
- Project files or screen recordings you choose to share with support
- Bug reports and feedback you submit through our forms
- Payment information when you purchase a license — processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your full card details
Information collected automatically:
- Usage Data such as IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, referring pages, and pages visited
- License activation and validation data from the VertForge plugin (such as your license key and machine identifier), transmitted to our licensing provider, Keygen
- Version-check requests from the plugin so it can tell you when an update is available
- Anonymous usage statistics from the VertForge plugin (such as which features are used and how often) — these are not linked to your name, email, license key, or a device identifier
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 3
3. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our websites, understand how they are used, and advertise our products. Specifically:
- Google Analytics (GA4). Our websites use Google Analytics to collect Usage Data so we can understand site traffic and improve our pages. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Google signals and advertising features. We have enabled Google Analytics advertising features, including Google signals. This allows Google to associate visit data with signed-in Google accounts that have Ads Personalization turned on, for cross-device measurement and remarketing.
- Remarketing. We use Google Ads to show ads — including to previous visitors of our websites — across Google services such as YouTube and the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to our websites.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings, review or delete data associated with your Google account at My Activity, and manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, activate, and support our software, including issuing and validating license keys
- To send licensing information, software updates, support communications, and product announcements — you can opt out of marketing communications at any time
- To operate, analyze, and improve our websites and products
- To advertise our products, including measuring ad performance and showing ads to previous site visitors as described in Section 3
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Data. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, with legal authorities when required by law, and in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. Our service providers include:
- Keygen — software license issuance and validation
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional and support email delivery
- monday.com — customer relationship management (storing contact and support records)
- Google — analytics and advertising, as described in Section 3
- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and security
Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its services for us and is subject to its own privacy and security obligations.
6. Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, license records for as long as your license is active plus a reasonable period afterward — or as required by law.
7. Your Rights & Choices
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Data by contacting us at the address below.
- You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing message or by contacting us. We may still send you essential service messages, such as license or security notices.
- You may manage cookies in your browser and opt out of personalized advertising as described in Section 3.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK GDPR). We honor verified requests consistent with applicable law.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from them.
8. Third-Party Links & Services
Our websites and communications may link to third-party sites and services (for example, YouTube videos or Adobe Creative Cloud). This policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be announced by email or on our websites. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
